We’re currently hiring a Part-time School Occupational Therapist to support a rural district in Western Massachusetts, serving students across Westhampton and Chesterfield. This is a low-hour, flexible opportunity perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful impact with a small caseload.

This role offers a supportive and collaborative school environment, with a consistent weekly schedule and manageable travel between three nearby schools.

Position Details:

• Hours: Approximately 6 hours per week.
• Locations: 2 schools in Westhampton, MA (within 1.4 miles of each other) and 1 school in Chesterfield, MA (approx. 9 miles from Westhampton).
• Caseload: Small, manageable caseload across K–12 students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to assigned students.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current MA Occupational Therapist License.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel between sites.
