Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Opportunity

A member in Nekoosa is looking for a compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized, in-home support. This is a private-duty position meaning youll be hired directly by the member rather than through an agency giving you more flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a meaningful one-on-one relationship. Youll play a key role in supporting the members independence, dignity, and quality of life at home. If youre passionate about person-centered care and want to make a real difference, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Support safe mobility and transfers (e.g., from bed to wheelchair)
• Experience with slide board transfers a plus
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Accompany the member to church on Sundays using the family van

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Wisconsin
• Home care experience preferred (but not required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
