What You'll Do:

As a Litigation Paralegal, you'll be essential in supporting our attorneys and ensuring seamless case progression. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing High-Volume Litigation: Providing comprehensive support to attorneys across a diverse caseload.
• Client & External Communication: Serving as a key point of contact for clients and opposing counsel, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
• Drafting Critical Legal Documents: Preparing pleadings, legal memoranda, settlement agreements, and other essential legal correspondence.
• Streamlining Administrative Tasks: Handling vital administrative duties such as client intake, meticulous organizing, and precise record-keeping.
• Conducting Legal Research: Performing thorough research on both simple and complex legal matters to support case strategies.

Looking For:

Seeking a candidate who is a self-starter with a passion for civil litigation and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of direct civil litigation experience , including drafting pleadings and legal research.
• Organization: Superior organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a heavy workload.
• Tech-Savvy: Computer literate with a strong ability to quickly learn new case management software.
