Work Schedule: In Office/Fully On-Site from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Summary of Position:
LHH is currently recruiting for a client in New Orleans. The client is seeking a candidate with experience in Trusts and Estate-related work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging in higher legal administrative tasks and thrives in a structured, team-driven setting. Current or prior experience in working on Trusts and Estates is a must. Salary range is determined upon the candidates experience level. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to a group of three Trusts & Estates associates
- Initiate document drafts and oversee workflow management
- Maintain team organization and ensure timely task completion
- Contribute to higher-level legal work and analysis
- Prior exposure to estate planning or trust administration is preferred; willingness and ability to learn quickly is essential
Requirements:
- Holds a JD or has extensive paralegal experience (ideally 10 years of experience)
- Direct experience in Trusts & Estates law, whether through legal practice, paralegal work, or administrative support in a T&E-focused legal setting
- Demonstrates a strong grasp of legal procedures and documentation
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
