ABOUT THE ROLE OF STOCKING ASSOCIATE
Our General Merchandise team is essential to providing a seamless shopping experience for our guests. They ensure that products are available, well-priced, accurately displayed, and presented in a customer-friendly manner. This team also plays a vital role in inventory management and supports food safety in Food & Beverage sections. If you enjoy executing tasks with precision and efficiency, this position will be a great fit for you!
As an Overnight Stocking Associate, your typical day will include:
Greeting guests warmly and creating a welcoming environment.
Identifying guest needs through observation and offering assistance.
Engaging with guests to provide solutions tailored to their needs.
Demonstrating deep knowledge of products and services to enhance guest experience.
Executing efficient and detailed sorting and stocking operations.
Maintaining inventory accuracy and presentation on the sales floor.
Operating equipment safely if certified, following all operational procedures.
Completing all responsibilities in a safe and compliant manner.
Contributing to guest services like cashier duties or order fulfillment as needed.
Completing other tasks based on business needs.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
Ability to effectively communicate and use technology such as handheld scanners.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries promptly.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processes.
Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS:
Responsible for cash register operations when necessary.
Must be able to climb ladders as part of your duties.
Capability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds safely.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Willingness to work in different temperature and humidity levels.
Ability to remain active throughout the scheduled shift.
