Position Overview
We're on the hunt for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive outbound sales, create personalized connections, and close deals with businesses that can benefit from our software and training services. If you're a self-starter who thrives on hitting targets and building real relationships, we want to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing
● Make cold calls and send personalized emails every day to engage prospects
● Manage every step of the outbound sales process—from prospecting to closing
● Log all activities and pipeline progress in our CRM (we like things clean and accurate)
● Build and nurture long-term relationships to increase customer lifetime value
● Partner with our implementation and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
● Work on-site at our downtown office
What You’ll Bring
● Proven track record in sales or business development (SaaS or B2B experience is a big plus)
● Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
● Grit, drive, and resilience—you don't shy away from rejection
● Organizational skills and comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
● A desire to win as a team—we’re collaborative by nature
● Positive attitude and an appreciation for clear goals and feedback
