Job Description
We are actively seeking Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Leads with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM to join our team on this enterprise-level Oracle Fusion implementation.
As an HCM Functional Lead , you will be responsible for:
- Leading discovery and fit-gap sessions with HR stakeholders
- Designing scalable and compliant HR business processes
- Configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules based on business requirements
- Supporting all phases of testing, user training, and issue resolution
- Collaborating closely with HR leadership, technical teams, and change management
We are hiring specialists with strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following Oracle Cloud HCM modules:
Core HR
- Personnel administration and employee lifecycle management
- Position and organizational hierarchy design
- Work structures and global HR configuration
Talent Management
- End-to-end Recruitment and Onboarding workflows
- Performance Management cycles and goal setting
- Compensation planning, merit increases, and bonuses
Learning
- Oracle Learning Management System (LMS)
- Course catalogs, compliance tracking, and training workflows
Workforce Management
- Time & Labor configuration, shift policies, and approvals
- Absence Management , including FMLA and other leave plans
- Timecard integration and real-time tracking
Benefits & Payroll
- Benefits Administration with eligibility rules and plan design
- Payroll setup, calculation rules, balances, and retroactive processing
- Integration with third-party benefit and payroll providers
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience
- Leadership on at least one full-cycle HCM implementation
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and compliance requirements
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) preferred
- Effective stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
