S eeking a detail-oriented and highly professional Mailroom & Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate diligence, accuracy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Hours are 12pm-9PM
Essential Functions:
Perform mailroom operations including processing, sorting, and distributing mail; experience with Canon and Pitney Bowes equipment preferred.
Ensure timely completion of projects and last-minute mail-out requests with a strong sense of urgency.
Maintain project documentation and assist with administrative duties as assigned.
Transcribe, type, and manage documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Organize and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and productivity standards.
Demonstrate professionalism, especially under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
