About the Role
As a Member Experience Associate, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, polished, and productive environment for our members. You’ll support the Member Experience Manager by maintaining the physical workspace, delivering exceptional hospitality, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Hospitality & Member Engagement
- Warmly greet and assist members and guests, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
- Display food and beverage offerings in alignment with Industrious brand standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for member needs in the absence of the Member Experience Manager.
- Build meaningful relationships with members—aim to know each by name.
- Manage the front desk: welcome guests, accept deliveries, and resolve basic inquiries or issues.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting common areas throughout the day.
- Keep supply closets tidy and well-stocked; communicate inventory needs to the Member Experience Manager.
- Distribute mail and notify members of package deliveries.
- Assist with onboarding new members, including key card activation, email list setup, and office preparation.
- Report maintenance or facility issues via Fexa and coordinate with Property Management as needed.
- Stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and complete responsibilities with minimal oversight.

- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or office support is a plus.
Hourly pay will be $23 - 25/hr depending on experience level and will include health, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401k plan.
