Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant/Receptionist located in Seattle, WA. The Office Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, answer and direct phone calls, manage clerical duties, and perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors and managing accounts receivable and some shipments. They will ensure efficient office operations and provide supportive communication within the company.
