Job Opening: Loan Processor & Closer – Consumer & Mortgage Lending

Key Responsibilities:
* Process and close consumer and mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance from start to finish
* Prepare Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures in accordance with regulatory timelines
* Maintain strong working knowledge of TRID rules and regulatory requirements
* Manage a steady pipeline of loans
* Manage loan bookings and prepare of monthly and quarterly reports for Bank Directors
* Experience with commercial loan processing and closing is a plus, but not required
Who We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in loan processing and closing (consumer and mortgage required)
* Strong understanding of early estimating and disclosure of costs
* Familiarity with compliance practices
* Comfortable in a role that values consistency, accuracy, and teamwork
