Customer Solutions Professional (Mortgage Collections Agent)

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job description:

Hybrid after training - 2 days per month in the office.

Pay Range: $16.00 – $22.00 Per Hour, plus eligibility for monthly commissions after training and portfolio development .

Interview Dates & Times

• Wednesday, September 3 at 11:00 AM (8 interview slots available)
• Thursday, September 4 at 9:00 AM (8 interview slots available)

Training Details

• Training begins September 29 and runs 4–6 weeks.
• Agents must be onsite for the full duration of training; reliable transportation is required.
• Training is paid and includes:
• Mortgage 101 – foundational industry vocabulary and knowledge.
• Customer Solutions Professional Training – collections practices, regulations, scripting, and compliance.
• Following training, agents will transition to hybrid model (minimum 2 onsite shifts per month).

Candidate Profile

Mortgage experience is preferred but not required. Leadership emphasized the following key competencies:
