divh2Mig Welder/h2pThe company has outstanding benefits once getting hired in and is committed to excellence and innovation./ph3Duties/Responsibilities/h3ulliWeld metal parts together using MIG gas welding and any combination of arc welding processes in a safe manner./liliPerform related tasks such as thermal cutting and/or grinding in a safe manner./liliRepair broken or cracked parts, fill holes, and/or increase or decrease the sizes of metal parts. Have the ability to turn on power units, air units, and welding equipment, preparing all for daily production specifications./liliMeasure, position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding./liliRead blueprints and/or required company production orders and to determine what the job specifications as well as those requirements needed to complete the production orders./liliCheck and correctly inventory material in holding bins for future orders./liliCommunicate with your management team for those changes that may be needed or required unexpectedly. Finish daily shift production without excess waste./liliMaintain radio contact with supervisor. Have the ability to help out in plant when needed./liliPerform cleanup and required housekeeping duties; sweep floor; shovel excess debris, while using the required PPE, as well as having the ability to be trained in the use of LOTO during maintenance./liliOperate any and all necessary equipment that may be needed to perform a particular job./liliPerform any and all safety related duties as required by management/li/ulh3Skills/Qualifications/h3ulliLift, push or pull 50 pounds/liliExperienced with MIG welding processes/liliMust be able to do substantial walking, balancing, standing, turning, climbing, stooping crouching and lifting./liliManual Dexterity/liliIndoor and outdoor work year round/li/ulh3Pay and Shift/h3ulliPay Rate - $18.00 an hour (Potential for pay increases after reviews)/liliShift: 1st (6:30 am-3:00 pm Monday Thursday 6:30am 12:30pm Friday / Overtime as needed)/li/ulpNesco Resource is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics with respect to employment opportunities./p/div
