He or she will challenge themselves to create, plan, and prepare meaningful and relevant projects that will consistently maintain a high level of success for ALL students.
Of course, creativity is key! To be successful, you must figure out the best way to teach dozens, if not hundreds, of students with various backgrounds, talents, and interests daily. You must love kids as much as your content. In addition, your classroom management skills and awareness of the students you serve should be high, evident, and consistent.
