Summary of Role :

The Manager, Enterprise Data & Intelligence is a strategic and operational, cross-functional role supporting Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), AI governance, and privacy risk governance. This position integrates insights across risk domains to enable strategic decision-making, enhance compliance readiness, and support platform and reporting capabilities.

Role Responsibilities :

Enterprise Risk Management

Lead ERM reporting and maintain the enterprise risk register
Manage Business Continuity Plan (BCP) development
Design and manage the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) processes, including system implementation and data oversight
Review and provide information on consolidated data risk areas, such as AI, Data Governance, and Privacy.
Support cross-domain issue tracking and escalation processes
Contribute to the development and refinement of ERM frameworks and methodologies
Partner with business units to identify and assess emerging risks and mitigation strategies

AI Governance

Partner with IT and Legal to track AI governance and data compliance risks
Manage the development of AI risk metrics and oversight processes
Lead documentation and reporting for AI-related risk assessments

Privacy Compliance Governance

Align privacy risk metrics with enterprise frameworks and reporting standards
Collaborate with Privacy and Compliance teams to integrate privacy risks into ERM processes
Assist in privacy-related issue escalation and resolution tracking

Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities :

Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and/or privacy compliance standards
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to collaborate across technical, legal, and business teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :

Education -
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
Experience -

At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk, data governance, or privacy operations
