What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of the Saddlerock Apartments in Wenatchee, Washington. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in apartment or property maintenance, along with strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs. This leadership role is critical to ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for our residents, while also supporting the team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance operations across the property, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
• Schedule and manage routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure prompt resolution of maintenance concerns.
• Manage apartment turnovers to meet move-in deadlines with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and vendor services.
• Collaborate closely with the property manager to prioritize work orders and capital projects.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment or property maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service to residents and maintaining property standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
