Akkodis is seeking a Print & Mail Operations Supervisor for our Contract position with a direct client. It is for Beaverton, OR location.

Duration : 12+ Months

Pay Range: $22/hr - $25/hour without benefits (Pay rate varies based on experience)

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM PT

Job Description:

We’re hiring a Mail Operations Supervisor to lead our onsite production team. In this role, you’ll manage a staff of ~15 employees/temps, oversee daily mail production (inserting, sorting, delivery), and ensure compliance with USPS regulations and vendor requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise mail production workflow and ensure client deliverables are met
• Manage scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and staffing
• Track productivity and provide reporting to management
• Ensure quality control, inventory management, and process improvements
• Build relationships with USPS and overnight service vendors

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years managing a production team
• Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills
• Knowledge of USPS rules/regulations
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/move for extended periods
• Reliable, detail-oriented, with strong attendance
