Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily logistics operations including shipment tracking, inventory updates, and order processing.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel spreadsheets and internal databases.
• Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy.
• Assist with preparing shipping documents and coordinating with carriers.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Help monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables).
• Experience working with inventory systems or in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
