Key Responsibilities:
• Represent national insurers in complex litigation including bad faith claims, fraud, and coverage disputes
• Manage high-stakes commercial litigation involving diverse business issues
• Conduct depositions and argue motions in court
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and client correspondence
• Maintain regular communication with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategies
• Participate in discovery, trial preparation, and other phases of litigation

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, preferably with insurance-related matters
• Licensed to practice law in Louisiana and in good standing with the state Bar
• Demonstrated ability to handle depositions and argue motions
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills
• Comfortable interacting with sophisticated clients and working in a fast-paced setting
• Positive, team-oriented mindset and professional work ethic
