We're looking for a highly motivated attorney to independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish. You'll be supported by the firm's owner but are expected to quickly develop autonomy and confidence in handling litigation matters. This role is ideal for a driven, client-focused professional who is passionate about personal injury law and courtroom advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation files
- Draft, review, and respond to discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Attend hearings and mediations
- Try cases in court
- Collaborate with team members to support firm goals and client outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active member of the Florida Bar (Required)
- 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
- Strong oral advocacy, writing, and organizational skills
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to case strategy and resolution
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service and firm culture
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $125,000-$150,000/year (DOE)
- Performance bonuses tied to case resolutions
- Additional bonuses for self-originated cases
