You’ll be working directly with Alison Elder and our professional in-house team, headquartered in our privately owned office building near Downtown Truckee. We deploy leading technologies and equipment, designed to support remote work during inclement weather. You’ll also have a dedicated transaction coordinator. 

Role Description

Elder Group Tahoe Real Estate, affiliated with Chase International, is seeking an experienced and highly competent Listing and Contract Manager to join our in-office team in Truckee, CA.

This pivotal role supports our CEO and major producer, Alison Elder, and the broader team by managing all contracts across our listings and purchase sales transactions. You’ll oversee every stage of the contractual process, from listing to closing, ensuring precision, compliance, smooth execution in a concierge service level business model. This is an ideal opportunity for a real estate professional who has a deep understanding and knowledge of CAR contracts, over 5 years of hands-on experience in their application and would like to be part of a leading, high-integrity and cohesive team.

Your Role:

• Manage listing documentation, seller disclosures, MLS preparation and property launch
• Manage and negotiate purchase agreements, counter offers, contingency timelines, and escrow processes
• Maintain transaction timelines and ensure contractual deadlines are met, partnering with our TC
• Communicate with cooperating agents, escrow officers, lenders, and clients throughout the sales cycle
• Ensure documentation meets CAR standards and internal broker compliance requirements, partnering with our transaction coordinator
• Provide consistent operational support to Alison and team to enable focus on sales and maintaining client relationships
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism at all times

Key Responsibilities:

• Active California Real Estate License (Required)
• 5+ years of experience working as a Realtor and/or contract manager, or similar role in California residential real estate

• Competent at negotiating counter offers and repair requests, collaborating with agents for best contractual outcomes
• Deep familiarity with CAR forms, disclosure packages, and the listing/sales contract lifecycle
• A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, proactive work style
• Calm, composed, and communicative under pressure
• Ability to work in-office in Truckee and collaborate seamlessly with a high-performing team
• Tech-comfortable: able to use CRM, DocuSign, CAR tools, Microsoft email, cloud and file systems efficiently
• High integrity and passion for doing things right the first time
