Swoon's client, a multinational music corporation, is in need of a Tracking Coordinator for a 3 month onsite contract.

3 month contract to start onsite in Santa Monica 

Pay: 21.55/hr

Duties:

• Maintaining an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing including updating the tracking system of terms and releases dates.
• Assist in finding and downloading royalty statements from third-party labels as related to our licenses.
• Reconcile the deal tracking record to identify outstanding payments.
• Interface and communicate both internally and externally to collect unpaid monies.
• Maintain and organize files including all relevant correspondence
• Maintain relevant files in the computer-based licensing system

• Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to assess and analyze opportunities and issues.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Interest in process improvement and automation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Education:

• BA degree required.
