As a Lead Software Engineer at JET you will be leading these cutting-edge projects with our customers while enjoying both personal and professional growth

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead multi-faceted projects and drive them to required completion. Responsible for providing technical leadership by designing solutions and developing, documenting and analyzing software architecture and integration that addresses customer needs. Duties include:

• Collaborate with customers in the design process and translate business needs into software solutions
• Provide mentoring to teams facing technical issues in the course of project design, development and integration
• Contribute to presentations and proposals during the bid process
• Design and author software validation test procedures
• Lead projects through the entire development life cycle from concept to release, developing the software architecture and design deliverables
• Perform advanced technical analysis and identify trade-off decisions

• Qualifications include:
• Minimum of four years of hands-on programming using LabView
• National Instruments Certified LabVIEW Developer or equivalent experience
• National Instruments Certified Architect or equivalent experience high desired
• Minimum of six years of hands-on software programming experience
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated effectiveness in a leadership role for a minimum of five years
