Our client is seeking a motivated Production Team Lead to help drive manufacturing efficiency, ensure compliance, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

This is an opportunity for a production worker within a CNC or similar environment to begin a career path into leadership. This is a team lead focused on overseeing production logistics.

Shift: (1st) M-F/7am-3pm

Responsibilities:

• Support daily production by assigning labor per schedule and priorities.
• Train team members and enforce company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure proper documentation (GDP compliance).
• Monitor and report team performance to supervisor.
• Communicate schedule changes and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure accurate material transactions (input, WIP, scrap, finished goods) and inventory traceability.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other tools.
• Identify equipment issues and report promptly.
• Oversee adherence to quality, productivity, housekeeping, and safety standards.
• Support material disposition and follow procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience, with 1+ year in manufacturing.
