Snow Creek Landscape is looking for individuals to join our team.
Available positions are:
* Landscape Management Crew Leader Member
* Landscape Management Crew Member
Snow Creek Landscaping, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader and Crew Member for our Landscape Management Team.
These are full-time, year-round positions with one of the largest landscape companies in the greater Asheville area. 37 years in business and still going strong!
Schedules are Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday with overtime available.
This position is located in Arden, NC and is an hourly position with a pay range depending on experience.
What we are looking for in our next Crew Leader:
* Enjoys being outside, working with a team, and interacting with customers and employees
* Partner with supervisor and customer to care for existing lawns and landscapes
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience with mowing equipment and small engines
* Manage crew members in a team approach to complete the project.
* Input and manage time for crew toward job (s) in time tracking software, daily and by payroll deadline
* Create a safe and clean work environment
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned for operational and business needs required
* 90-day evaluation provided for feedback and growth
