Italian Speaking Airline Support Agent:
The Airline Support Agent will be mainly assisting customers over the phone with every query related to any service the business provides.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for Support Agents to join one of our sections in the airline industry. Ideal candidates will
be given full training and will be assisting customers via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails. The
section offers growth in different areas and provides opportunities to those who are willing to learn.
This position is available on 40 hour-week basis. It is ideal for those candidates who are looking for stability
and career growth.
Requirements.
One must be fluent in Italian;
Good communication, writing and listening skills are particularly important in this role;
A can-do attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision;
Computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate;
Previous experience in any customer care role is a must
Flexible to be rostered from Monday to Sunday

Working Schedule and contract;
For this particular role, Centrecom has salary scales, the below is a detailed breakdown on the salary progression:
Basic Salary:
1st month of employment ( Training ) - EUR 5.50 per hour
From 2nd month of employment EUR 7.48 per hour
From 7th Month of employment EUR 7.74 per hour
Following an additional 6 months and based on performance - EUR 8.21 per hour
Language Allowance:
Italian EUR 600 annually paid in monthly instalments
KPI (Performance) bonus:
Up to EUR 2,500 yearly this is based on performance and eligible after 6months
Working hours:
Operating hours Monday to Friday 0800-1730
