Additional expertise in full renovation projects and coordination with architectural teams is considered a strong asset. The candidate should bring strong design development skills, a strategic approach to space planning, and a deep understanding of materiality and user experience. The Interior Designer will work closely with project teams, actively contributing to all phases of design and documentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment dedicated to thoughtful, innovative, and high-quality design solutions.

• Participate in design team meetings and contribute to fostering a creative and collaborative

environment that encourages knowledge sharing and experimentation.

• Assist in preparing and presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity

• Actively pursue professional development opportunities, such as workshops, conferences, or

certifications, to enhance design and technical skills.

• Support Project Managers in assigning project workflows, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality

design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program.

• Experience: 3+ years of professional interior design experience, including involvement in design

and documentation phases.

• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with building and material systems and all regulatory standards.

• Software proficiency: Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam Studio, and Miro, with the ability to

quickly adapt to other relevant design tools and technologies.

• Proactive learner: Demonstrates initiative in pursuing educational and professional development

opportunities independently.

• Licensure progress: Licensure or having taken active steps toward completing the NCIDQ exams

is preferred.
