Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced  Asphalt Infrared Patching Foreman to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in asphalt repair and a passion for leading projects with precision and quality, we want you to be part of our team! Foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrared patching, with expertise in quality control and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians in asphalt infrared patching operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure asphalt repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage crew schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Assess the condition of the asphalt surfaces to be repaired and determine the best approach for infrared patching.
• Operate and maintain infrared patching equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Ensure proper preparation of surfaces before patching, including cleaning and heating.
• Monitor job progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety guidelines and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers, providing updates and ensuring project expectations are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to specifications and quality control measures.
• Review construction estimates and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to maintain financial objectives.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding project updates and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the construction process.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asphalt infrared patching.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of infrared patching techniques and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $30.03 - $33.65 per hour or salary option
