Position Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to support our high-volume manufacturing operations. This role is key to ensuring the uptime, reliability, and safety of all production equipment across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and experienced in hydraulics, pneumatics, automation systems, and control circuits. You’ll work on a wide range of equipment — from heavy industrial presses and flow-forming machines to CNC systems — in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both electrical and mechanical systems on industrial equipment
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability
- Work with 480V 3-phase wiring, sensors, drives, motors, and automation controls
- Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems across forging, spinning, and machining departments
- Use multimeters and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve electrical or control system issues
- Support installation, startup, and integration of new production machinery
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
- Collaborate with production teams to meet schedules and continuous improvement goals
- Maintain compliance with LOTO procedures, safety standards, and facility policies
- Diagnose system malfunctions and perform repairs on industrial gas furnaces, heat-treat ovens, and related temperature control systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and automation equipment
- Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting
- Experience with AC/DC drives, servos, sensors, and PLC-controlled systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and logging
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus

Pay Range: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | 40 hours/week + overtime as needed
