We are seeking a  creative and detail-oriented Industrial Designer to join our design and engineering team. This role blends conceptual design with real-world fabrication—transforming ideas into buildable, scalable, and visually stunning products and environments. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, production, and installation teams to bring signage and branded environments to life.

• Conceptualize, sketch, and develop innovative product and signage designs that align with project goals and brand standards.
• Create 2D and 3D design models, renderings, and technical drawings for production and client presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and fabricators to ensure design feasibility and efficiency.
• Specify materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques aligned with quality and budget goals.
• Support the development of interactive and digital signage solutions (e.g., AR, LED, wayfinding).
• Participate in client presentations and design reviews, communicating ideas clearly and professionally.
• Maintain organized design files, drawings, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience (signage, architecture, fabrication, or experiential design preferred).
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, SolidWorks).
• Strong rendering and visualization skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, V-Ray, or similar.
• Understanding of materials, structural design, and fabrication processes (metal, wood, acrylic, lighting integration).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and fabrication-minded solutions.
  

• Experience with signage design standards, ADA and OSHA compliance.
• Knowledge of lighting integration, LEDs, and interactive displays.
• Familiarity with AR/QR and fan engagement technologies.
• Experience preparing shop drawings and installation details.
