Immigration Attorney - North Carolina

Ideal candidate will be near Raleigh, NC but willing to consider North Carolina candidates willing to travel to Raleigh when needed

Job Responsibilities

• Manage 50–60 active cases with strong paralegal support
• Handle a variety of immigration matters including: employment based green cards, H-1B, L-1, E, O-1, and TN visas
• Partner with biopharma and other high-demand industry clients
• Deliver high-quality results in a team-first, no-ego environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of immigration law experience
• Hardworking and ready to contribute from day one
• Strong writing, judgment, and case management skills
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality
