Job Description

PURPOSE:

The Admin Assistant will primarily be expected to assist an immigration lawyer and paralegals with admin assistance and providing extra help when and where it is needed.

The role is an ideal fit for someone who has good organizational skills and are willing to work in a team environment.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Print, copy, scan, and perform other document-related tasks.
• Prepare and manage mailing labels.
• Organize and maintain documents and files.
• Update and manage data in internal systems.
• Create and maintain logs as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to members of the immigration team.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : From $18.20 - 19.00 per hour
