Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hydrovac Operator located in Minot, ND, serving the Bakken Oil Field. The Hydrovac Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining hydrovac trucks to safely excavate around utilities. Day-to-day tasks include performing hydrovac excavation, adhering to safety protocols, maintaining equipment, and completing necessary documentation. The Hydrovac Operator will also engage with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Excavation and Heavy Equipment operation
• Knowledge of Fall Protection and safety protocols
• Skills in Customer Service and Commercial Construction
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation

• $28 - $34 / HR depending on experience
• Per Diem (days worked)
