HVAC Manager

About the Role:

A well-established residential services provider is seeking an experienced HVAC Manager to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and plumbing systems across multiple apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organized leader with a strong technical background to step into a key leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians performing system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule and prioritize service requests to ensure timely, efficient responses for residents and property management teams.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and address HVAC issues.
• Work closely with property management to resolve technical service concerns effectively.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Manage inventory and budgeting for HVAC-related materials and supplies, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all HVAC service activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HVAC experience, specifically in residential systems.
• Valid D or S HVAC license (required).
• Universal EPA certification (required).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues quickly.
• Experience using service management software is a plus.
