Extension is seeking an HR/H&S Assistant for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate all health and safety related programs within the organization including safety committees and training
- Executes and monitors FMLA and Worker's Comp claims
- Conducts new hire safety training
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years HR experience with proven health and safety experience
- Excellent communication
- Proactive approach
