Job Title: Human Resource Associate

Location: Allentown, PA, 18106 (4 Days/Week onsite from start of assignment)

Duration: 12 Months

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Position Summary:

• MyHR is the face of HR to employees and managers and the MyHR Associate is an employee facing role that assists employees with a variety of HR-related inquires as well as triaging inquiries to assign to other teams as appropriate.
• Day-to-day duties include documenting employee inquiries in the Case Management tool, maintain personnel files, verification of employment requests as well as various other duties.
• This position is ideal for the candidate who enjoys a wide variety of responsibilities with a relentless passion for customer service and is detail oriented.

Qualifications include:

• 5 years of experience in a customer care role in a Human Resources setting
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) and the ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization
• Positive "can do" attitude; Adaptable to change, Process focused
• Ability to work independently (a self-starter) in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in a team environment including being flexible with team coverage
• Superior organization skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Confidentiality and integrity are a must
• Skills in the Microsoft software suite (Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)
• Workday or SAP experience is a plus
