What We're Looking For:
✅ 3+ years of HRIS or HR systems experience
✅ Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Advanced Excel and database management skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field preferred
