About the Role:
Beacon Hill is partnering with a client in Bloomington, MN to hire a flexible, people-focused HR Generalist to join a small but mighty HR team supporting a dynamic and growing organization. You'll work alongside a seasoned HR professional to support six distinct business units and up to 1,000 employees nationwide. With offices across the country and a variety of inherited processes from acquisitions, adaptability and a collaborative mindset are key.
This role is based in the Bloomington office and offers a hybrid schedule after initial training. You'll be a central point of contact for onboarding, offboarding, intern coordination, HR systems support, and employee engagement initiatives, helping to unify processes across business units while maintaining excellent service.
