House of Hope is a Christian therapeutic school, home, and counseling center dedicated to supporting troubled teen girls and their families. We also provide non-residential counseling services to any teen, marriage, or family, and offer a one-day parenting workshop. Our mission is to offer hope and healing through compassionate care and professional counseling services in Clayton, NC.
Role Description
Flexibility is required as the position includes evenings, overnights, and every other weekend. The schedule is 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on and then repeats itself. House of Hope is a Christian therapeutic home, school, and counseling center. Being a House Staff is an opportunity to offer hope to teen girls who are having behavioral health challenges in a structured and safe environment. As a House Staff you will operate as a mentor in teaching valuable life skills and be responsible for running the home schedule while keeping up to 8 girls organized and on task.

Qualifications:
-Highly organized
-Excellent communication skills

- Excellent time management
- Ability to maintain appropriate
-Must be at least 21 years of age
-Must exemplify Christian values and lifestyle
-Undergraduate degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred
- High School Diploma required
-Valid & clean NC License required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug screening
-Ability to lift at least 10 lbs, along with ability to walk and stand for various lengths of time
