Role Description

This is a full-time on-site General Manager role for the Tru By Hilton hotel Lawrenceville,Georgia. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, Financial management,Guest experience, and Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• 3 or more years Experience in hospitality management
• Financial acumen and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field Preffered
• Certification in Hotel Management or related discipline Preffered
• Hotel sales experience would be essential
• Must have track record of success in hotel management
• Able to multi-task and Lead by example
