Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel General Manager to oversee the operations of a select-service, branded hotel located in Erie, PA. . This position requires a hands-on, collaborative leader with a strong track record in hotel management—someone who leads by example, works closely with team members, and prioritizes team building, training, and empowering staff with the tools for success. This role offers exceptional professional development and outstanding career growth potential within a respected hospitality organization.

COMPENSATION: Base salary up to $75,000, quarterly bonus potential, monthly benefit stipend, relocation assistance negotiable, and additional incentives available.

General Manager Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous or current Hilton experience REQUIRED
• Demonstrated hotel management experience at the General Manager or Assistant General Manager level
• Expertise in property operations, guest services, and revenue enhancement
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with industry- and brand-standard hotel management software
• Proven success in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
