Hospitalist – 45 Minutes from Nashville, TN

$300K Base | $50K Sign-On | $100K Loan Assistance | No Nights

Join a highly respected  Hospitalist Program in  Middle Tennessee , just 45 minutes south of vibrant Nashville. This position offers the perfect blend of work-life balance, competitive compensation, and community charm.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule : 7-on/7-off –  no nights required
• Dedicated nocturnist coverage
• Closed ICU with robust specialty support
• Cerner EMR system
• Hospital-employed position

Compensation & Benefits:

• $300,000 base salary +  production incentives
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $100,000 in loan repayment assistance
• Full benefits package including  tail malpractice coverage
