Please Note -The company has a brick and mortar in Nashville, however the applicant hired can work from a different location as they will be traveling to different hospitals (for the most part).

Position Summary

We are looking for an Experienced Hospital Environmental Services Management Professional as an Operations Specialist to implement our software, technology, and best cleaning practices at our expanding base of Hospital Environmental Service Departments .

We offer the opportunity for the Hospital Environmental Services Professional to grow beyond managing a Hospital EVS Department.

We are a growing unique software, technology and consulting company specializing in helping Hospital Environmental Service departments. We are seeking an Experienced EVS Professional who sees value in:

• Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for Healthcare Environmental Services
• Helping Hospital EVS Managers and Employees reach their full potential.
• Working directly with some of the largest Hospital EVS Departments in the country

Responsibilities

• Project Management – Projects can be in multiple phases across different sites with different objectives
• Phases of software implementation projects include, but are not limited to:
• On-Site Room Inventory Data Collection
• Processing Staffing analyses and providing recommendations/options
• Daily Work Assignment creation and consulting – we regularly cross over from being a SaaS support company to a consulting company.
• On-Site and Virtual Software Training – effectively training end users in our software products.
• Supporting existing clients with on-site and remote assistance
• Travel to client sites is required (up to 75% travel)

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3-5 Years Healthcare EVS Management experience
• Proactive and organized
• Confident in communicating with varying skill levels; from C-Suite to frontline staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent Customer Service
