Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Manager

Location: Riverside, CA

Job Type: Full time; Onsite or Hybrid

Schedule to be determined : Rotating 4 days on-4 days off ; 10-hour shift; Weekend availability is required OR schedule of 4 days per week; 10-hour shift

Salary range: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 Annual Salary

Job Duties

• Help build a team of Physical Therapists supporting each Lifekind Health clinic.
• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to physical therapy practices.
• Ability to develop effective discharge plans for patients.
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sports, industrial, orthopedics or pain management is preferred.
