Siteline Productions, a multimedia experience design and production company, is seeking an experienced and highly talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will produce high-quality graphics for diverse mediums, including print, digital media, live broadcasts, events, and interactive experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You should be proficient in a variety of design software and tools, and excel at incorporating feedback from clients and team members to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling graphics across various mediums, including print, digital, video, live events, and interactive platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts and ideas that meet project goals.
• Maintain consistency and uphold brand standards throughout all design projects.
• Stay informed about design trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and competitive designs.
• Apply advanced design principles (typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy) to create engaging visuals.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to final production, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including producers, project managers, videographers, and developers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling designs for live events, exhibits, and experiential activations. Ensure high-quality visuals, seamless integration of design elements, and a strong focus on audience engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the depth and quality of your visual design work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote).
• In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Familiarity with current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Ability to self-manage workloads, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities, balancing artistic vision with client requirements.
• Hard-working, self-motivated, and ambitious with a collaborative mindset and team-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in designing for events, exhibits, or similar environments is a plus. A solid understanding of live event workflows and interactive environments will be an asset to the team.

Bonus Skills:

• CAD design experience.
• Working knowledge of 3D animation and video editing workflows.
• Familiarity with live broadcast graphic workflows.
• Experience in museum and permanent exhibit design.
