Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: San Antonio Texas

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.00 to 5.00 pm.

(Hybrid).

Role:

Handles the production of packaging, digital, and promotional assets. This role will be a key member of the marketing team working collaboratively with cross functional teams in sales and operations to ensure efficient and accurate execution of materials consistent with the NatureSweet brand standards and style guides.

Main responsibilities:

Design sales sheets, packaging, displays, ads, digital assets, and other materials maintaining consistency with brand standards and campaign styles.

Packaging product art creation, including design, mockups and new packaging concepts.

Assist in the internal company graphic needs like business cards, templates, banners, HR materials.

Photograph and manipulate images of packaging and products.

Support printing materials, trade show media and booth design, other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Education Graphic design, digital design, or marketing and brand communications Degree Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience 2-3 year previous experience with consumer-packaged goods and consumer brands; packaging production, trade materials, or advertising preferred

Language English and Spanish required.

Knowledge and Technical Requirements:

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Acrobat).

Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Front-end web design, motion graphics, photography, and video production a plus.
