We are looking for a skilled, reliable florist who takes pride in their craftsmanship and understands luxury presentation.

🌹 Key Responsibilities & DutiesFloral Design & Production

• Design and assemble fresh floral arrangements (bouquets, vase arrangements, boxes, and custom orders)
• Work primarily with roses and premium flowers, ensuring symmetry, fullness, and clean finishes
• Follow design standards while also contributing creative input when appropriate
• Prepare floral products for same-day and scheduled deliveries
• Execute large orders efficiently under time constraints (holidays, events, weekends)

Flower Care & Quality Control

• Properly process, hydrate, and store flowers
• Maintain freshness and longevity of all florals
• Inspect flowers for quality and discard substandard product
• Keep workstations clean and organized at all times

Shop Operations

• Assist with inventory management (flowers, supplies, tools)
• Help receive and unload flower shipments
• Maintain cleanliness of design area, coolers, and tools
• Follow shop procedures and safety guidelines

Customer & Team Support

• Occasionally assist with in-store or phone customer requests
• Communicate clearly with management about order status or supply needs
• Work collaboratively with other florists and delivery staff
• Represent the brand with professionalism and care

✅ Qualifications

• Prior experience as a florist or floral assistant preferred (training available for strong candidates)
• Strong attention to detail and sense of aesthetics
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working with sharp tools and floral equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle fast-paced days
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred

• Experience with luxury or high-volume floral shops
• Event or wedding floral experience
• Social media / floral content experience
• Ability to follow brand-specific design standards
