Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the sales department, including staffing, training, and performance
• Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales while maintaining strong gross profit and volume metrics
• Execute sales processes that ensure customer satisfaction and maximize retention
• Monitor CRM usage, lead follow-up, and digital retailing initiatives
• Collaborate with service and F&I departments to optimize total dealership performance
• Ensure compliance with all manufacturer programs and standards
• Inspire a culture of integrity, professionalism, and high achievement
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• 5+ years of automotive sales management experience (luxury brand experience a plus)
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
• Deep understanding of digital sales tools, customer engagement, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• A passion for the Genesis brand and commitment to delivering a luxury customer experience
