Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensures inventory accuracy for items or location being picked, packed, palletized, shipped out and or put away via RF Smart.
• Pick and packs orders in boxes or pallets.
• Monitor supply deliveries and manage regular cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure shipment processes are compliant.
• Complete data entries for receipt of orders in system.
• Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for retail channels via classification.
• Performs physical inventory counts making sure it matches with our system.
• Work in collaboration with Managers to oversee performance management of warehouse.
• Ensure that all inventory documentation is complete and accurate.
• Other related duties as warehouse clerk activities.

Profile and skills required

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position.
• Good experience in a warehousing environment.
• Proficiency in order processing software. Experience using NetSuite is an asset.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Regularly Lift and move objects up to 25lbs (job may be physical in nature; up to 70% of the time).
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
• Able to operate equipment such as computers, scanners, copy machines, phones.
