What You'll Do:

  • Assist residents with daily needs, including answering call lights, bathing, dressing, and ambulation
  • Support charge nurses by taking vital signs, repositioning bedfast residents, and assisting with treatments and examinations.
  • Help manage meals by escorting residents to the dining area or delivering meals to their rooms.
  • Maintain resident safety and follow infection control protocols.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED or one to three months related experience and/or training (required)
  • Active Florida CNA Certification (required)
  • Active CPR Certification (preferred, can train on-site)
  • Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively communicate with residents, visitors, and other team members
  • Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
